NAFTA will survive, Wilkins insists.
National Post, April 24, 2008 - “The U.S. ambassador to Canada predicts the North American Free Trade Agreement will survive the election of a new president, despite promises by the Democratic contenders for the job to pull out of the pact if it isn’t amended to strengthen environmental and labour standards.
